Description:The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating and facilitating an environment focused on guest relations. Manages employees effectively according to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Delivers food during peak hours of operation. Responsible for start-up of equipment and processes (opening shift) and shut down of shift (closing shift). Manages cash flow throughout shift, makes deposits to safe and bank utilizing cash deposit procedures. Responsible for administrative paperwork to include reports, inventory and ordering as necessary. Description:The Catering Supervisor supervises the total catering operations in one of our units. This position includes duties such as catering order taking, driver scheduling, catering production and preparation, general cleanliness and organization of the catering department. The Catering Supervisor works with outside customers and directly communicates with guests daily.As the Catering Supervisor, you will supervise the preparation, presentation and service of our great food.
